Janet Donath is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s in Business Administration – Healthcare Management. She has over 20 years experience in health care, working in hospitals, home health care, hospice care, in addition to her current nine year tenure as the Executive Director of Good Neighbor Healthcare Center. Except for her time in the military and two years in the for-profit sector, Mrs. Donath has devoted her career to working in non-profit community settings.

Mrs. Donath is an active participant in both the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Texas Association of Community Healthcare Centers, and works closely with other non-profit health care clinics throughout the area to better meet the needs of the community. Since Good Neighbor attained its status as a Federally Qualified Health Center in September, 2005, she has taken even more of an active role in community health activities.
